Talk about hitting a plateau! My weight has plateaued to the exact decimal point for the past 3 weeks !! Wonder how I'm going to break it and start losing again !!
134.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
