Not great after nearly a month, I don't really have any excuses other than I guess I've just been a bit slack. We've had a lot of baked goods around the house which are impossible to resist! But at least my weight hasn't gone up...? Ok, that's pretty weak :p my snack calories are the problem, I need to work on resisting temptations throughout the day.
