1st day using Kangmei slimming tablets, hopefully this will make a difference. I don't feel hungry at all and have alot of energy so I'm feeling positive. Will have to see the results at the end of the week. The tablets claim that you will lose between 1.5 and 3 kg's in a week.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
