After about a week of no simple carbs at all, and just about the right amount of fruits/veggies (keeping it very low carb, primal blueprint refers to it as ketosis), I ended it with some sushi. Veggie sushi, but it was SOOOO good, good thing I only ordered 1 roll because I would have kept eating it was that food. I don't find sushi to be a very filling food, but it is good as an appetizer or a side to some fresh meat, occasionally. I don't know why but tonight as I was cooking I was CRAVING carbs (which would be that one blip on today to have a few forkfulls of white rice). Not worth it, but I have to learn to not STRESS over things, that makes it worse. It happened, I exercised today, move forward and make better choices tomorrow. My trainer had a few minutes to spare today so she spent 10 minutes on kettlebell swings with me even though we didn't schedule anything. 3 sets of swings with 24kg bell (53lb), each one got less and less, I had just run a little over a mile before that. The swings are definitely more cardio than running, it is crazy. MM and a quote to help me not stress "When something bad happens you have three choices, you can either let it define you, let it destroy your, or let it strengthen you." I probably have a better quote, but this one was just saved on my desktop.
