looking at how much i weigh now im feeling great im losing what i want. i plan to keep going with this diet its helping me alot my sister is helping me too so she keeps me on check. i love how this is working i actually feel like im progressing it feels great i feel great
183.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
