I weigh myself every day. It's confusing. Once, after going to the mountains, I weighed in at 184.7. Yikes! Today I weighed in at 179.8. That variance in weight's within a three day window. So I feel a little confused, but I'm still determined. I ate a healthy breakfast and have good intentions for the day.
