Started HCG yesterday to get my weight to go back down- it works if you follow all the guidelines
141.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3612 kcal Fat: 189.59g | Prot: 98.54g | Carb: 364.44g.   Breakfast: Distilled Water, Coffee, Cinnamon Roast Almonds. Lunch: Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Bacon Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat, Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing and Tomatoes on Bun. Dinner: Cooked Carrots, Hibachi Vegetables, Hibachi Shrimp, Hibachi Chicken, Fried Rice. Snacks/Other: Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard (Medium), Oreo Blast (Regular). more...
