Yesterday was a bad day so I didn't add any food. I went to a ladies luncheon and we had green salad with raspberry vingeratte, blue cheese crumbles and sugared walnuts plus a chicken pasta dish with pesto sauce and roasted vegetables. I tried to load up on the vegetables but I still had dessert - one small phyllo cream thingie and one small brownie. Then I snacked at night cuz I was hungry - some smoked almonds, m&m's, a low calorie ice cream bar. No substantial food but I didn't get home til 8 pm and wasn't in the mood to eat anything big.

Tried to do better today.
