Maybe your fibre is too low? Or maybe your body just isn't used to oats and reacted - it can sometimes depend on what you're accustomed to eating.

Try papaya it’s great for bowel movement. How do you make your oats? I usually mix with water instead of milk, you could also blend the ingredients before cooking if you do cook yours.

I was suffering from diary intolerance for years until I found out last year. Try non diary milk like coconut, almond etc. Also goats milk is light on stomach.

I actually found what sorted me out for toilet problems years ago was flax seed only the recommended amount is needed it worked wonders for me and made my skin look beautiful as well! It is great with smoothies or I actually sprinkled it onto my cereal... It i will add is about 150 calories for the 30g but without going into too much detail you could time your daily toilet activities with this 😂 I found it was great for skin and hair and ended up getting a little used to it 😂 it's kind of nutty taste

Grapefruit is good to sort out your problem, also I use Alpro milk which is non dairy I make my Porridge with Water Then add about 2 dessert spoons of this milk Delicious plus a spoon of Honey. PS leave Porridge to soak for about half an hour before needed.

Thank you all! I don't usually have no.2 problems, actually the exact opposite 😶 that's why I got a bit concerned about my reaction. I skipped oats today and feeling normal. I'll try lactose free milk or milk/water combo.
