Remember that it was a holiday. But, I know what you mean, letting things creep back into my diet has been my undoing in the past. It is a tight-rope walk now. Balancing healthy eating with activity and the OCCASIONAL treat is hard. Sometimes that occasional treat will become an every day treat. I try to make every Monday a "diet" day. I think it reminds me of proper portion size and that I actually LIKE healthy food choices. Pilates is on Monday too and that is not a fun class if you are feeling full or bloated. You will be fine. Always go back to what we learned in the Yoga workshop. It helps me so much to just go back to the basics.
