Been battling my usual nemesis. About this time it gets easier to not eat at all then to bother to figure out what to eat. Yesterday ate a couple pieces of cheese all day and almost passed out from low blood sugar. I know better. But at least stopped at the grocery store on the way home and made good choices of foods to eat. Turkey breast. Peanut butter (in moderation is actually one of the great foods for diabetics), whole grain wheat bread with other multigrain sand Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Fudge Pops. You can't lose wgt without eating. I think I'll tattoo this on the inside of my eyelids. Lololol.
