I made these last night. This all started when I made some Keto cinnamon butter cookies, and took some to work to share. The evening, a co-worker forwarded me a video of keto snacks. There were strawberry cream cheese bites in the video. After seeing it last week, several co-workers asked that I try to make them over the weekend. I did make the recipe listed, and YUK! No flavor. So I modified it to add a little stevia to the recipe.
Now I have another problem, these damn things are addicting! The cookies, I could take or leave. These strawberry cream cheese bites...... OMG!! I want to eat them all. But I am being good tonight. I had 3 only. (2.4g carbs each)
I am glad to have a snack that I want to eat, and it seems like a recipe that will be easy to change up for other low carb flavors. But I will have to be very careful going forward, if they are all as addictive as this one is!
