Ok, I got the fish oil capsules now. I hope that in a couple of weeks I will notice less pain in my knees when bending.

I had my first try at sprinting round the nature trail today. I did a warm up and then too sprints - very short, probably about 10 seconds each. I haven't done any running for years so I am happy to start of slowly and gradually build up.

Looking forward to my pull up bar arriving so I can get started with the Primal Blueprint Lift Heavy Things routine.
