I've been on two vacations in two months. Both all inclusive. I feel incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity but it has kicked my bank accounts butt. My diet is not well and I have been drinking like a fish.
I am back to work today and did my first orange theory (gym workout) for an hour today. My heart rate was off the charts and I'm not surprised. I am excited to get back to the grind.

>>> Try something new. Exercise wise this month.
Goals - It helps me so much to put them in writing. It reinforces what I want to do.
