Finally! One more pound. I think eating a big breakfast must be the key for me. As much as I hate doing breakfast I'm just going to have to keep planning ahead and have stuff ready for in the morning so I can keep losing. I'm so anxious to get to the 150's and these past 3 weeks have been so frustrating! This is going to be a good week though!

Good job! I agree with you. I was never a big fan of breakfast. From the time I was a sophomore in high school to the present "breakfast" was usually coffee and a mad scramble to get out the door on time. However breakfast is critical on Atkins. Breakfast gives you that little boost in the morning to get the fat-burning going all day long.

Same here, breakfast is a BIG hurdle for me. I have been having an Atkins shake in the mornings but I think I need to MAKE myself have REAL food (?). I've been cooking up a stockpile of "grab and go" foods: sausage patties, bacon, chunks of cheese and still I grab that shake and that, coffee and bottled water are all I have until lunch time. :( We survived the weekend without eating anything we shouldn't have, yay! Still feeling positive but afraid to step on the scales. How often do you weigh? (I've been trying to only weigh once a week.)

I have been doing the shakes for breakfast- beacause I have a huge milk addiction so they curb that craving- and wait until around 10:00 to eat breakfast, that way I am hungry enough to eat and I feel full until lunchtime so I don't have any urge to cheat. I really feel full all day, like every meal is a Thanksgiving dinner. Plus I drink so much water, I think I'm becoming part fish-and I hateed drinking water. I add some lemon into it-without adding sugar though- just to get some extra flavor, and it's good for your liver.
