A lot of hours in the gym. A lot of walking due to work. Good diet - except for yesterday, which I declared my cheat day. Will go better today. Also am struggling with a lot of lose skin due to quick and huge weight lost in the past. I don't know how to fix that without even having to consider ridiculously expensive surgery.
