i sprained my knee apparently a few weeks ago at work and due to working a long shift irritated it so im on work restrictions and not allowed to work out for at least another week. thankfully tho i havent gained anything back. and a positive i have been doing better upping my calorie intake to at least closer to 1200 a day.
