Every year I say I am going to loss alot of weight.Well this time I am going to say I am going to loss what I can and it does not matter how long it take. I am not going to give up this time because its going to take along time to loss. I'll have my good weeks and bad.

That is a good attitude. Once I realized that I had to change my eating habits forever to be successful , not just when I'm dieting, things became easier. Now I work at finding long term sustainable way of eating and losing weight wihout feeling deprived.
