Slowly improving my attitude. Very slowly but I am seeing signs of recovery. Had a women ask me today how I've lost all this weight. When I told her the old fashioned way, diet and exercise, she completly lost interest. There is NO easy way to do this. NO majic pill. No special chant. It is work. Hard work. We already know this though don't we. Funny how many people want a quick fix. I certainly was one of them. Don't really know what the turning point was for me but so happy to have made that turn. It feels good to feel good!

You are right. There is no magic pill, no overnight success. This journey takes day in and day out dedication and determination. You have more than shown that. I know exactly what you mean about the woman's reaction. I had someone ask me before how I lost weight. After I told them you could see in there face a bit of discouragement. As if they are hoping for a different answer. One day they will have their turning point. Have a great day.
