My weight is steady but not decreasing. Today I ate a very healthful diet. For lunch I made a salmon salad and a super healthful smoothie with beets and kale. Dinner was shrimp scampi and even a small bowl of chocolate ice cream. Nighttime snack was some left-over perch and almond milk. If I kept eating like this, I would be Tinkerbell in no time, but my family is not following the diet, and they want me to cook real food. It's hard to diet when you have to cook delicious food for family members who want bread, fats, sweets, and fatty meats.
