Motivation has to be for me at least the hardest part of working out. Well, that and the fear of going to the gym alone. This I have managed but only to a small degree. I will go and do cardio and perhaps a little bit of an ab workout and that is if there is no one in the room. I need to get over the hump of going it alone. Is is self confidence I lack? The knowledge of what to do and how to do it? Embarrassing myself?
