Great day in that I lost one pound and feel great. The big challenge is night time eating and I am busy during the day so I have no problems but at night I get the munchy crunchy and feel that hot tea is the way to go for all of this. I feel really good and of course am stressed with regard to work and life but not too worry I am going to keep this journal for life and do really really well and now I see 200 pounds and this weekend I want to get down to 205 and that will be great.
