So I added exercise. What a change I've seen!! Should have started this work-out routine a LONG TIME AGO! Step machine and a routine with 5 lb hand weights. It takes me about 25 minutes now! I keep increasing my time and intensity on the step machine. I've gone from 3 minutes to 9 minutes!
