Took a long break from watching my weight since weightlifting season ended a bit ago. I kinda just wanted to lift the stress of cutting weight and just eat whatever I wanted. I've been wanting to define my glutes, quadriceps, and abdominals, but that'll be a bit difficult with a terrible diet. I've modified my keto that I was doing before to something a bit more lenient, hopefully this will help me along the way.
