It is strange to behave so well and keep withing calorie allowance, eat wholesome food and gain weight. I must have a metabolism issue, I did have a cheat night last weekend but the small loss after that has been made back. Its so frustrating to see I hit this weight back at the beginning of February and still here despite all the efforts in between. I think I will try harder to eat more protein, that would seem to be the area I am failing at.
