This weekend we went for a little road trip. I knew we were going to be spending a lot of time in the car so I made sure to do my walking tape before we left, I even went to the hotel gym and worked out a little, and I brought the DVD with us so I could use the laptop and do the walking the next morning. I was really good when we went out to eat too. I was very proud of myself. So I was frustrated when we got home and I weighed myself this morning and there was no loss. At first I was very upset but the more I think about it the more I should just be happy there wasnt any gain. One day at a time right....

Don't get frustrated, your right that you should be happy you didn't gain, and who knows when the numbers do drop again it may just be more than you expected. :-D

I think we've all learned that sometimes there are reasons why the weight loss doesn't show up on the scale when we think it should. Hang in there, you're doing great and it will show up on the scales! Don't let that scale get the better of you! :) You know you're great, so the end result will show up, probably surprise the heck outta ya!
