I have my mom's birthday dinner tomorrow, friends coming over on Saturday and Sunday is Easter. I'm so scared I'm gonna screw this all up. Just starting a diet around a holiday is NOT easy.

OK...so its never easy around a holiday, but its harder when you just start.

Starting around a Holiday is the best time to start, once you get through one Holiday eating less, you'll remember that every time you get close to a Holiday, and remember that you did it! Good Luck!
