6 days on the Atkins induction phase and feeling ok. My daughter and I went to Whole Foods this morning to see what they had as far as low carb baking products - and you know they didn't have much! I'm going to have to purchase from the internet. It was a nice 50 mile round trip ride. Me and my daughter spent time together and that was great!
