So here I am at the beginning of June. I will be recording a fresh weekly weight tomorrow (Monday). For the Month of April I did a pretty good job of exercising about 4 times a week, but in May I worked out only a couple times all month.

The London mantra has fallen by the wayside as I have allowed more "bad" foods to creep into the diet so long as they meet the total calorie count for the day. This site has been instrumental in helping me track and keeping me thoughtful about what I put on my plate. (prefer the online version to the mobile app as the searches are easier.) This week I have no doubt I have gone WAY over the calorie count on Friday and Saturday as I worked two events that kept the food coming (Puck dinner and WC chef's table). This has me worried that this weigh in or next week's will be weak.

At the start of this adventure, the size 18 suits were too tight to wear. Now I've had my size 16 pants and skirt taken in and can wear my size 14 suits (if I've not doing heavy lifting in the SWR). I've bought a couple new dresses and such, but am finding that my biggest challenge is now sleeveless. I can choose cuts that skim the belly/hips/saddlebags, but most dresses are sleeveless and my upper arms are still big (they looks slightly better in some cuts/patterns than others).

I have a resistance band, so I have the equipment needed to do things at home even if I don't make it to the gym. Just have to reinstate the mantra. Maybe I update it to Sleeveless London!
