3 eggs, 1 slice of bacon, 1 sausage w/ sugar-free syrup and ham= 3 carbs
lunch- <2 servings of almonds= 3 carbs
2 pickles=0 carbs
dinner- <1 cup of tuna with 1 tblsp of green onions=1 carbs
healthy choice ice cream bar= 6 carbs

total carbs= 17
