Well.... I went to the gym.. and I did as much as I normally do.. My body is getting sorer and sorer.. .. apparently I am told its a goodthing... wow.. I never knew I had so many working muscles LOL

I also went and watched my dad bowl today hes 62 and one of the best 5 pin bowlers.. well... he used to be.. he used to be the best.. for many many years.. anyways, he recently fell.. full out flew down the stairs.... half asleep going to get a drink ... anyways.. he was in tryouts for the best of the best bowlers for a team.. and he was in pain.. even tho he didnt admit it.. and he bowled really bad.. but he tried as hard as he could but he wasnt bowling like himself at all.. and he got pretty down and he thinks hes finished now.. that hes not as good as he used to be and isnt in the same league as the best... I dont see that at all.. I think he was just injuried (had a sprained foot, and bruised ribs) and .. he was 16 games.............. thats a lot for someone that cant put all his weight on his foot.. it was just really sad to see my dad struggle and be upset. I think he felt more embarrassed than anything
I still think hes one of the best.

Great job going to the gym, even though you didn't feel that well. Sorry to hear about your dad. Hopefully he will be up to his usual strike bowling self soon! I've never done 5 pin bowling, I guess I'll have to go up to Canada and try it out!
