Did a kick but metabolic workout yesterday and burned 668 calories. That was my first time doing that workout, and it was advanced. I had to modify some of the moves. I'll be doing that workout once per week to build up my strength, my endurance was good. It had a lot of burpies and mountain climbers and spider-man push-ups. Those are rough!
Did a quick 3 miles this morning and burned 535 calories - I was a slow boat today though. This is my 5th day working out this week, today was supposed to be a rest day.
When I get a handle on my eating habits, I might be dangerous!
