Weeks start Fridays and my calories will fluctuate throughout the week, sort of like the Wendi plan. This weeks average is 1415 and total calories is 9905:
F-1515
S-1715
S-1415
M-1215
T-1315
W-1415
T-1315

If I eat too many or not enough one day, I make up for it the rest of the week. Makes it hard on the days I go over the average though! Seeing that red RDI chart hurts!
