Weird things are happening. I am a world champ sleeper, but now its happened a couple of times where I just can't get to sleep at all ..practically all night. Thats so strange for me. I can't think but that its related somehow to my corrections in my diet ..hmmm anyone else get that? I am strength training quite a bit, that muscle tiredness usually has me sleeping like a baby on a cloud. Can not figure it out? Plus I feel like my mental alertness has spiked majorly, this would be normally fairly high anyway .. but this past week its rocket high. I might blame all the extra green veggies for that one. I wonder what will counteract it lol Help lol
