I started the morning doing pretty good -- eating fruits (I pray I didn't eat too many). I am going to the bathroom a lot this morning so I pray my sugar level isn't up. I was playing a lot of slots on my phone but I didn't them because I want to concentrate on reading the word. I want to carefully watch everything I do because I don't want to slowly slip back into my old life because I am not paying attention. When I get off work I plan to walk again, this time I will use the bathroom before I leave work so that I can walk farther than I did before. I will time myself this time so that I know how many steps I have taken. Oh that's right -- I will put on my fitbit so I can keep track of my steps.

Help me Lord Jesus -- I cannot do this without your help. Greater is He that is within me that he that is within the world. I know the stronger You become in my life the demonic spirits are going to go get friends and try to get me to verve off my path. I want my mind to stay on you Jesus. You are my strength and my ever present help in this journey. Thank you Lord in Jesus name I do pray.
