休假倒數2天都有睡飽飽的再起床,體重果然有回升一點😁不然真的是要懷疑是不是體重機壞掉了🤣今天初五,晚上要來開始運動,2018健康—>我要!我要!我要!💪💪💪

飛輪50分鐘—>消耗250cal
瑜珈1小時—>消耗200cal
129.2 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
