been weight training and can see results so im not to disappointed in the 1 pound gain. im gonna say its muscle! will try harder on teh cardio and eating next week.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
