Nothing healthy.. Sugar, sugar and again sugar! No wonder weight is not going down :(

that's a bit mean, but there is too much fruit in one sitting. lots of sugar and calories in them. I'd recommend leafy greens instead, one small fruit a day to help curve sugar cravings.

No problem, we're all here to help. Another tip would to be watch oil consumption. Other than that, I hope this diet goes well for you! 💜

Hi Yelena, try Raspberry's or Blueberry's. They have higher percentages of fibre content and lower percentages of Fructose, than Apples and Grapes. That will allow you to eat 2 pieces of fruit and stay on the healthy side :)
