I just made the most amazing salad dressing with the help of my 4 year old son. I wanted a grilled chicken salad with a 100 calorie pack of almonds and I always HATE searching the store shelves and fridge for a suitable dressing. I took 10 strawberries, one ounce of lambrusco, an ounce of apple cider vinegar, and 2 packets of sweet and low. Blended it in the processor an it is DIVINE!!! I am going to make myself a larger batch later. I didn't even miss the EVOO! I figured there was enough good fat and protien with the almonds/chicken I wouldn't need it.
