Keto Bread 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 stick of butter 6 beaten eggs Slowly add melted butter and beaten eggs to flour while mixing with mixer. as well as 1 tsp baking powder .5 tsp onion powder .5 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp rosemary (I left it out) Dash salt Grease loaf pan or muffin tins with coconut oil spray Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 min. They tend to be a bit dry so I will sometimes whip in cream cheese before baking. Hope this helps.

hey guys I am fairly new to this. to be specific 2 days new lol. my goal is not to lose weight. I want to maintain the weight but lose fat %. is this a good diet for the reason I mentioned?? anyone have any experience with that? any comments will be greatly appreciated.

keto is the best way to lose fat! keep at it and you will see it falling off you! also take measurements, seriously, I forgot to but wish I had as I'm now fitting clothes I haven't fit in many years!

Yes I do weigh myself everyday. And I do understand that I may not loose anything everyday, and water may make my weight go up. But after my bowl movement in the morning and I also try to pee one more time and strip down before I step on that scale.

Yes, high fat, medium protein, and low carbs is how you get into ketosis.
