Keto Bread
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 stick of butter
6 beaten eggs
Slowly add melted butter and beaten eggs to flour while mixing with mixer.
as well as
1 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp onion powder
.5 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp rosemary (I left it out)
Dash salt
Grease loaf pan or muffin tins with coconut oil spray
Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 min.
They tend to be a bit dry so I will sometimes whip in cream cheese before baking.

hey guys I am fairly new to this. to be specific 2 days new lol.
my goal is not to lose weight. I want to maintain the weight but lose fat %. is this a good diet for the reason I mentioned??
anyone have any experience with that?

keto is the best way to lose fat! keep at it and you will see it falling off you! also take measurements, seriously, I forgot to but wish I had as I'm now fitting clothes I haven't fit in many years!

Yes I do weigh myself everyday. And I do understand that I may not loose anything everyday, and water may make my weight go up. But after my bowl movement in the morning and I also try to pee one more time and strip down before I step on that scale.

Yes, high fat, medium protein, and low carbs is how you get into ketosis.
