I'm not even sure if I trust my scales. They seem to be hopping up and down all over the place. I am trying out a fast day every once in a while, just to get into the rhythm of appreciating hunger. We just were not built to have constant and continuous streams of food available. So, I hope that my body will adjust to stop over-correcting (if that's whats happening) for temporary shortages. Having said that, I am finding that following fasting I struggle to eat the proper level of calories. It seems to naturally curb the intake level.

I am down into the 40s now, first time since November. I am hoping that will not jump around and I can keep on that trajectory, leaving the 50s behind. Fingers crossed I can keep the momentum, the onset of Spring helps:) Good luck all of you, keep strong :)
