The diet is going well thus far! I want to be 287 by the 1st weight in. Attempting to stay under 1800 calories. Day 3 and I Jog and/or walk (depending on how my legs feel) in the morning and P90X in the afternoon! PLYOMETRICS IS A BEAST! :(
