feeling okay.... so far...; after cutting out all sugar, breads, that type of stuff and going with modified Slimfast for morning and lunch with some fruit and vege snacks, then eat a piece of meat for dinner (beef, fish, pork, or chicken) and maybe a small salad with some dressing.... try to drink water as well.... That's it. one pound down working towards a new life diet plan.... with this type of plan....
and also plan to keep track and track and see where I go.... and hopefully add in some regular 30 min per day of excercise?
