Wow! You know, the first time that I learned that I had lost weight, I thought, "okay, it'll be back up about half that tomorrow". The second time I couldn't believe that it was that easy. "There has to be something wrong with my scale," I said. And here I am again, for the third day in a row, losing even more weight. I honestly don't know what to say.
Part of me is waiting for it all to come back to me. I'm waiting for that one slip up where it all just comes back and I'm devastated that all my hard work is just gone. And then there is a tiny part of me that thinks, "maybe it is this easy, maybe I can do this and I could all along".
In 12 hours my two challenges begin. I joined Nighttime Munchies and 15 Pound Summer Slimdown Challenge. Let's just hope I haven't peeked too soon! Fingers crossed, as always. :D
