ya ampun... ini cuma pake kamera hape aja, siomay merah aku nggak (red me not) nomer 4, wkwkwkw.... hanya mengandalkan cahaya matahari aja, kalo musti pake kamera DSLR dsb Lhaaaa keburu laperrrrr. ..😂😂😂😂🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

resep oat itu macem2 sist bisa manis, bisa gurih, rebus pake air, susu low fat, susu kedelai, almond milk, bahkan kaldu ayam atau kaldu sapi kalau mau gurih, resep manis bisa dicampur madu, atau gula semut (karna low GI), terus dicampurin buah2an, pisang, berries, mangga, naga, atau pake kaldu garam lada, dimakan sama ayam rebus, tumis sayuran, atau telur ceplok juga bisa(pake minyak dikit aja tapi ya)...kreatif aja sist seruuu kok...😍😍😍😍

ini ide buat oatmeal manis: choco meal : oat rebus sama susu kedelai + gula semut 1,5 sdm + garam 1 jumput + Cacao powder, jadi deh, topping pake pisang sama kismis atau granolla...yummy, awas granolla nya jangan banyak2...hihihi.
