so I've decided to make Sundays my "cheat" day... and boy did i cheat hard yesterday!! today is a new day and the beginning of a new week :) Nothing beats exercise. I did a body pump class this morning at my gym for about 45 minutes before I had to take my son to the doctor. Celebrating the fact i got that work in!
