Looking back I have seen this before where good behaviour does not appear to register. Then I go have a naughty weekend with some greasy bhajis last night and big portion of pizza on Saturday and there are small losses but in the right direction. Cheat days actually serve better to help the onward momentum than I ever anticipated. Especially in short term scenario. I might build one in each week, to see if it works over the course of the two months I plan to shed the next 12lbs or so.
