Disappointed in myself.....

Well, thought I did a great job yesterday, which I did, by the way. I did a 1\2 spinning session and afterwards went to Panera Bread with my boyfriend to get some work done, and all I had was their Low Fat Black Bean Soup (it looked like dirt, dare I say kinda tasted like it too) and a fruit cup. By the end of the night I had 4 points leftover.

However, just a few minutes ago I ate a bag of those Famous Amos cookies :( 7 POINTS! I can make up all the excuses in the world but I ultimately I was upset and stressed with outside issues and I caved.

I really hope it doesn't effect my weigh in :(

Just keep on the diet. The beauty about WW is that you can build up points for special days or if you go over one day, well try to not eat your full amount of points today. Also if you crave sweets like me, try getting smart ones desserts or weight watcher desserts for 1 or 2 points, it helps.
