Its tough to keep going when you see the same 5lbs being traded back and forth. Especially when you know you're eating plan is consistent and below RDI. How can your body manufacture extra weight with less intake? Cannot see how it repeatedly over corrects on this. I am having the smallest portions, everything wholesome and cooked from scratch and progress is woefully limited. Ah well. Fingers crossed things improve to my liking and there's a little shift over the coming days :(
