So my little experiment of 2100 calories....not so much. I went up by 2.2 lbs from yesterday but I am still under my LSW by 1.6 lbs. So while I don't need to do a Steak day today because I am still under LSW I still gained. I did have to eat later in the evening than I would like to have because I just felt full most of the day and had a hard time getting all those calories in. Ok so today I am going to try going down a bit and we will see what the scale says tomorrow.
